The "Golf Ball"  is the perfect anchor for the security cable. It mounts to a desk or wall stud using a 2" screw (shown). The security cable passes through the Golf Ball laterally and protects the screw from removal.  And you can clamp cabled devices in its jaws (mice, keyboard, speakers).

To deinstall, unlock the cable and remove it. Remove the screw.
